Plugin Section on Members Profile Page


This is how it looks the reviews of Google Business on the public profile page of the members:


Our plugin show this information for each specific review.

  • Name of the person that made the review.
  • Date the review was made.
  • The Star qualification of the review.
  • The description review.




Plugin Section on Member Dashboard


In order to show the Google Business Reviews, members need to complete their profile with some specific information. 


  •  Need to add the Company Name with the same name that has on Google Business. 


  • Also, need to add the same exact location that has on Google Business (Address Line 1, City, State, Country, Postal Code)



Plugin Section on Places API

For the right functioning of this plugin, we need you to send us the Places API Key of your site.

If you don't have the Places API setting for your site you can check how to do it in this section (If you already have it only send us the Places API Key):
*NOTE: The "Places Api" is completely different to the "Google Maps Javascript API Key"


  • You need to create an account on Google Cloud, you need to do this by your own because you need to add some personal an billing information. After that, you need to click on "APIs & Services" and click on "Enabled APIs & Services".



  • Click on the top searcher and click on "Places API".


  • When you are on "Places API" you need to click on the "Enable" Blue Button.


  • When the "Places API" is enabled, you need to go to "Credentials" On the sidebar of the page.


  • Now you need to create a new credential so you need to click on "+ Create Credentials" at the top of the page.



  • You need to select "API Key" on the "+ Create Credentials" section.



  • When you are on the following page, a new API will be created. You need to click on this API in this case "API Key 1".



  • When you are on this page, you need the changed the name of the API to "My Site Google Places API Key"
  • Select the "None" option on the Application Restrictions setting.
  • Select "Don't Restrict Key" on the API Restrictions setting.
  • And click on "Save" Blue Button.



  • If you did all everything correctly the new API Key will appear like this.
  • To send us the API Key, you need to click on "Show Key" button.



  • The system will show you a pop-up message like this one.
  • Your Need to click on the "Papers Icon", so the API Key will be copied on your Clipboard.
  • You only need to paste the API Key on some message and sendit to us.

Add the apikey to the Google Reviews Plugin :

  • Open the Widget Manager.
  • Search GoogleReviewsEngineTHM.
  • Click to the Edit button.
  • Add the apikey to the line 8 in the quotes.
  • Save changes.
